I recently made a trip to Target to buy a 4k movie the website showed they had in stock. I had the best experience I've ever had at retail store with an employee Rafael in the electronics department. The item I was looking for wasn't on the shelf. Rafael came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. Went out back and found the movie in minutes. He was extremely pleasant and helpful! Clean store, helpful staff, FIVE STARS!

Last minute ...microwave not working...went on Target.com...to purchase and ordered appliance....went in store to confirm purchase ...then helped out to car ..all within 10 minutes!!...Excellent service

Fast, efficient service. I used the drive up service. I was skeptical but it worked amazingly. But they did bring a Christmas gift to the car NOT in a bag. They needs to be addressed or make sure you go alone to the store.

Try and call the store and no one picks up at the customer service desk. I mean no one on several occasions. Cashiers are nice but if you do actually find an employee in a department, they are miserable. Go to Wal-MArt
