I've been seeing Dr. Prince for about 10 years now. Very professional, experienced and always on time. I couldn't recommend him enough!! Staff has always been very nice as well. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to Millcreek Optometry Centre - I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed. I saw Dr. Champion - he was so personable and very knowledgeable! I felt very comfortable and knew I was in great hands! He has a great, friendly personality and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs an optometrist!

Terrible experience, the optometrist & receptionist were nothing but condescending & rude. When I went to pay for the exam & get my results, the receptionist had no idea what she was doing or talking about. She gave me 2 different results & seemed confused the whole time as if I was supposed to correct her on her own job.. Nevertheless, I'll never be returning. *EDIT* I see they responded, & obviously I didn't use my real name so that I wouldn't get harassed.

The best customer service ever. Very welcoming and friendly receptionists. Huge thank you to a very professional and knowledgeable doctor - Dr.Prince, and amazing lady Janet who helped me to pick glasses. She is so good at what she is doing!!! Useful tips and advice how to pick the glasses, how to take care of them and so on...Thank you, Millcreek Optometry Centre!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!
