I went through the drive through on Sunday. My Order was missing different things. I had to remind the employee that I was missing things, and then I realized when we drove off that they had shorted us 4. The employees were not paying attention and it was not busy for them to be making those types of mistakes.

I was pleasantly surprised at how classy this franchise is inside. There's a gas fireplace and very modern furnishings. Typical Wendy's fare and prices. They have the large soda machines with the custom mixes available as well, including the Wendy's exclusive Dave's sodas. I like the Cherry Vanilla Cream.

Best experience at this location in three years. Burgers were hot and fresh, special orders were just right for once and although the staff still isn't \friendly\ they're not rude either. It's a busy location so I'm sure they're stressed with the new health regulations.

This place has really gone down hill. The young children working the drive thru are rude and have no enthusiasm what so ever. It doesn’t look like they are properly trained. There is no hello or thank you ever. Your order is wrong 95% of the time. My latest experience included a staff member actually breaking my credit card. There was no apology, just my card given back to me in two pieces. Management needs to do a better job training these kids. Until then, I’ll stick with the polite, cheerful kids at McDonalds.
