We went to look for an electric chair for my mother. The lady in the shop made it a pleasant experience and we weren't rushed at all. Two men delivered the chair today and it really was the best service. They were respectful and polite, arrived bang on time and really couldn't do enough to help. Thank you.

From the initial visit to look at chairs for my elderly mother, to delivery of the chair, the staff were absolutely brilliant! Pam who sold us the chair, I can't thank her enough for her patience, friendly manner and the wonderful way in which she dealt with mum. We weren't rushed in any way or persuaded to buy. The chair was delivered on time and the two gentleman who set it up were lovely. They made sure she knew how to work the chair and didn't rush her. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
