I purchased a new copier from AOP and found great service, I contacted them and ended up finding a great scanner/copier that works great for me and my office, I was given a great deal that worked out perfectly as they are customers of me and I am customers of them.

Pretty bad service. I had talking to Jim for a few weeks. We finally decided on a printer and he sent over a service contract and purchase order. He wanted me to sign them before delivery but when I told him I would like to see the machine and even offered to drive to Annapolis to do so, he told me he would rather not sell it to us. This is after him saying it was going to be delivered to us the week before, then changing saying it would be delivered the beginning of the current week, then tried to switch again and say that it would be the end of the current week. It sounds like a scam, im not saying it is, at very least, its extremely unprofessional. The call ended with him hanging up on me like I cold called him.
