New Roof, New Roof Top Deck, New View on Life I tried getting bids from several contractors most ghosted me, not Blair. Blair and team were very responsive and answered all my questions during contract negotiations. Their responsiveness, service, friendliness, quality of workmanship and attentions to detail was outstanding. We had a small issue but Blair did not shift blame they accepted it and worked diligently to solve the problem. The end result has exceeded my expectations and I expect many years of enjoyment from our new roof and deck. Carl, Randy, Marty, Jose, and the rest of the team take pride in their work and it is refreshing to see.

We hired Blair Construction to undertake a complete renovation of our custom home. The initial scope included demolition work, framing, roofing, external cladding, windows and doors as well as foundation work. Jim Blair and his team worked closely with us from the start even as we finalized the design. He arranged a visit to a similar project which helped us develop the confidence of embarking on a custom project with unusual structural requirements. Jim also worked closely with the structural engineer to find common ground for the major non typical structural components. He also consulted closely with the supplier of non typical cladding material to ensure proper execution. He filed for the building permit which was secured in a timely manner. Over the course of the job, we added insulation, drywall and custom chimney work to the scope. We handled the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and finish work separately and found no serious issues with coordinating the interfaces even as the work transitioned into final phases. The job was conducted in a professional and timely manner with relatively few change orders, despite absence of detailed drawings at the onset. Whenever structural issues emerged, they were resolved efficiently with close dialogue between builder and engineer. During the few times the work was interrupted, Jim always provided advance notification and timetable for resumption of work. No major delays were experienced and overall construction was completed within a reasonable time frame, despite unusually high rainfall during the construction period. Since completion of this job, we have used Blair Construction for a roofing project on another property with excellent results. We highly recommend Blair Construction, particularly for custom or non typical projects.

Blair Construction LLC was very responsive and helpful from our initial call. Based on my research they offered a fair price for the work to be done. They were helpful in working with my HOA in getting final approval on the project. Once all paperwork was signed they completed the job in one day and were diligent in cleaning up after the project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends and neighbors.
