When we found water coming into our basement from below our front entrance, we were pretty stressed about what was to come. The first contractor we contacted didn't even come out to do an estimate, but told my insurance company they couldn't see any damage from the pics I sent - weak. Then I called Capezio - they were out in a few days, gave me an incredibly thorough estimate, and had guys out to fix the damage very quickly. The job was not as intrusive as we first thought, and didn't require all the work outlined in the estimate. They adjusted the price accordingly and I saved about 1k. They communicated with me regularly and made a stressful situation feel a lot better. Highly recommended.
