As expected of all Comcast-related business, this place is horrible. I went there only to return my cable boxes and somehow they screwed it up. I have been owed money from Comcast because they charged me for the rental of a modem that I was never given, since I purposely purchased my own modem. I returned my cable boxes there so I could get my credit but have not been able to get my credit because SOMEHOW it shows that I have not returned the boxes!? So I am suffering because Comcast can't do anything right. I do not suggest going to this service center, though I doubt that any of the other ones are any better...
