You are rolling the dice with customer service going here. Some employees are great. Michelle- 5 stars! However, when I had to deal with the owner on an Amazon return that did not get scanned properly it was a completely different story. Angry, hostile, aggressive and belligerent. I called trying to sort out my situation and got completely berated on the phone. I wasn't trying to be accusatory but I was trying to see what our options were to find the return I had handed to them that wasn't being tracked in my Amazon account. I do feel it was an honest mistake, however, I'm not gonna just walk away from a 120 return like, Oh well! So, I handed them a pair of boots that won't get credited back to my account because the scanner didn't pick up the barcode correctly off my phone. He was not willing to work with me on solutions. I get it, it's the holidays, it's busy, tons of packages. If he could have calmly explained to me the reality of the situation it would have been a different story, but he decided to take the crazy town route and totally earned this 1 star review. Make sure your amazon returns are properly scanned and tracked before you walk away from the counter. Apparently he doesn't make money off Amazon returns. Maybe you want to take yourself off the list as offering that service if you can't handle it like a professional.

Tried to mail a package today. They told me my corrugated box was not a shipping box and tried to charge me 5 to repack it. When I asked how my box was different than their box, they couldn’t tell me. I guess this is the newest way to generate revenue- make up the rules as you go along... Disrespectful, incompetent, and dishonorable.

Excelente customers service , I came to drop off 2 boxes. This are donations to send to AARP Foundation Meal Pack . I’m in crutches so I can carry one box at the time , the guy at from I didn’t got his name was so gentleman and help me to get the other boxes in my car. Very kind and excellent customer service . Exactly what we need during difficult times. Thank you .

We had a valuable package shipped directly from this UPS store to a UPS store in Washington because the insurance required a signature and we were concerned about not connecting at home. When I came to pick it up in Washington, they made me pay an additional 5 in addition to the 120 we had already paid because I didn't go through their convoluted system of sending it to myself then using the tracking number to change the destination to the store. This store in Maryland never told us of the convoluted system. I will not be shipping UPS again.

Usually I've had great customer service when coming here, but I went there for an amazon return and the associate wasn't pleasant at all. I started a return on my phone and he was like we can take this one, but the other one you have to go to another store... when all I had to do was switch stores on the return option. So when I stores and told him that he could now scan it, he seemed so irritated... like sorry for asking you to do your job...? Smh.
