I would give 0 stars if I could This campground is horrible. We expect to have a certain standard when we go to a KOA because they seem to adhere to corporate guidelines. This one is the complete opposite, first off the staff is rude, the girl in the store told us the store closes at 5pm when it actually closes at 7pm (I guess she wanted to get off of work early), second our site was tiny, the grass was horrible, the water supply leaked, there was a burned out cabin with wood on the ground around it nails up and not secured off so people couldent get hurt, the sites are listed as "full hookup" but there is no cable despite a channel listing in the brochure. We also requested sites next to eachother and despite the site next to us being empty the girl gave us an attitude and charged 10 for my parents to move to an unoccupied site (the same request was easily filled by the 2 other KOAs we stayed at the same trip) This is a campground I will make sure to avoid. It's dirty and everyone is unfriendly.

I am so surprised by the negative reviews because we look forward to staying here along our next travels. We have stayed at a lot of KOA’s along our travels and this has been one of our favorite stays. Our site, amongst others, were extremely clean. Quiet at night and didn’t hear any traffic whatsoever. We arrived after hours and had an easy, contactless check-in. It’s dog friendly and it had a lot of areas for us to walk them. Seemed like everyone picked up after their dogs as well. This photo was looking out from our site. Again, we really look forward to stopping here and staying in the future.

Gravel sites were nice and well cared for. Spots are kind of narrow but thats typical for most campgrounds these days. They allowed us to stay during their off season, so we couldn't have campfires but they did have a nice playground. The sites that back up to the woods are gorgeous and the cabins have porches on the wooded side, so you can sit on the porch swing facing nature instead of the rest of the campground. The nature trail was wet but what we could traverse was beautiful. We would stay here again for sure.

Friendly and attentive staff. Accommodated my long stay situation. Paid for three spots during my time frame and they managed to get me into two, so less times I had to move! Great area and I love taking my dogs around the park. Only thing I would ask is that they add more lighting at night and fix spot 19. I don't recommend that spot.

Dirty RV site. Dog food was all over the ground when we got to our site. If you don’t mind camping right along a loud highway you might enjoy the space here. There was no one in the office in the evening to enforce the quiet hours well after midnight.

Very nice KOA, close to Washington DC, excellent shuttle service and trolley tour, well worth it! The pool is nice however the lifeguard is a little rough around the edges. Natural trail is nice and playground was nice too. Thank you for the hospitality! We'll be back for sure!

Stayed for a few nights in a one room cabin. We were visiting family so we didn't spend much time on thr grounds. Nice play area for kids. Cabin was clean, great porch with swing. Campground seem clean. Bathrooms were clean, one set was nicer then the other but both kept clean.

Just average place for a KOA. No cable and they put the power box on the wrong end of the site, so unless you have 30' of cord, you won't be able to hook up correctly. At least in #51. Really expensive for basic gravel parking space.
