The woman who drives the delivery car is always on her phone while she's driving. I see her atleast 3 times a week and everytime she's not even looking at the road, it's scary to think you would employ someone so careless.

A plus customer service. Bought brake caliper bolt kit. They deliver to my house in one hour. I ask them charge 5 dollars for delivery. But they didn’t. At the same time. I am very disappointed about autozone. I placed order for the bolt kit last night and paid online with next day shipping. When I asked autozone for tracking. But autozone say there is no my order and asked me to contact my bank to take my money back. I definitely will use Napa in the future. Thank you.
