This snow removal and lawn services company provides excellent customer service, in particular for seniors in the Edmonton area. The staff are punctual and always ready to accommodate the customer's particular needs. I highly recommend this company and their attentive staff. We had our fence replaced with Bailey Landscaping and they were easy to deal with from start to finish. Their quote was very reasonable and considerably lower than others we received. Doug and his son did an incredible job taking out and replacing the existing fence. I'm not in any way \handy\ but Doug did a great job explaining during the quote and construction why they would want to do things a certain way to ensure a better end product that will last.
Experience identical to that of the lady who previously posted (I wish that review had been posted before we booked these guys) - took our deposit, promised a start date, then communication became all hard and then...nothing. Never got our fence built. Be careful - Doug tried to con me into sending a \cancellation\ email (I didn't bite), no doubt an attempt to justify keeping our deposit. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE SCOUNDRELS.
