The last time I went there they were supposed to replace a string cord on a weed eater which should have been 50 max including labor. They never even touched the cord and told me it would be 250 to fix it. They listed all kinds of other repairs it needed. The weed eater itself only costed 200 new. I guess they just wanted to charge me 25 to tell me to buy a new one. Otherwise they keep a nice shop and have nice employees. We spent about 30 minutes fixing it ourselves and are back weed eating.

My dad took his lawn mower here, they told him it would take 3 weeks. He went back 4 weeks later and they had it ready. They told us it was going to be 250, it ended up being 290. More than they told us, but that was fine. After he paid for it, an employee driver it around and it wasn’t completely fixed. Then they said they had to order a belt and it would be another week for that. They had our money already so we said ok. I call back today, a week later, the girl in the office was extremely rude. I explained we’ve already paid for it and it’s been 5 weeks. And before I could get all of that out of my mouth she cut me off, and very arrogantly said “They will call you Monday morning.” I’ll update this again after we pick our lawn mower up. VERY unprofessional.
