Had a great day snowmobiling in Katahdin area. NEOC has great food and amazing view of the mountain. Haddock tacos and lobster bisque where just fantastic. Can't wait to go back. Very good at maintaining social distancing as well.

Take a yearly snowmobile trip here with a big group. Usually rent 2 big cabins. Always have a great time. Cabins are in great shape every season. Restaurant never fails to continue pumping out great breakfast and dinner every year.
Spent the day x-country skiing on perfectly groomed trails - perfect double track for traditional skiing alongside wide corduroy groomed for skate skiing, and snowplowing down the steeper sections of trail. A variety of trails clearly marked at every intersection. Not our first time to NEOC, but again, a reminder of why we enjoy going there so much.
Such a good time with the kids, staff super friendly and a great experience with our guide on the lake in the cold despite Covid restrictions
I went for a wedding and everything was wonderful. The cabin we stayed in was great, the restaurant food was delicious, the surroundings were gorgeous, and the staff made our stay amazing. Be ready to unplug from electronics and the outside world and enjoy nature and the people around you!
Beautiful lakefront lodge-like restaurant with an amazing view of Mount Katahdin beyond Lake Millinocket. Good food and service. Delicious lobster bisque and other Maine specialties. Generous portions at affordable prices. Full bar and gift shop. Well worth the visit whenever in the area.
This place was a great stop for me and my friends the night before we hiked up the mountain. We took some kayaks in the lake for a while and went to a couple of the small islands on the lake. Then we had what was a delicious dinner as we watched the sun set by the peaks we would be climbing the next morning. Will be visiting both this place and the mountain again next summer and you should too. Also there was a wedding going on during this and they seemed to be having the time of their lives so keep up the good work!
Best snowmobiling in Maine! Great food and great staff. I come evey year! Beautiful wide open well groomed trails. New machines every year! Awesome cabins with your snowmobiles sitting outside 24 hrs a day, just waiting for you to hit the trails.
