Had the fried banana and sweet potato. Very nicely fried with thin crispy batter on outside. Stayed crispy even though we ate it only one hour later. Sweetness was not overpowering. Will come back for more!

My favourite stall for fried yam, sweet potato, banana and green bean. The batter is not oily, is light and thinly coated. Today's yam was especially tasty and you can feel that the yam is not starchy and the texture sandy! The thickness of the cut might have contributed to the taste too. The sweet potato was good too, as it normally is. The young man when I told him that the fritters were good and that I can only consume 2 pieces only. He cheekily pointed to the many bicycles and riders and told me to ride and can eat more. I replied with a loud guffaw! And he reciprocated with a mild version, probably taken aback like a sniper shot. I took the fritters and my coffee and walked to the park behind the hawker centre, found myself a wrought iron bench. I enjoyed my fritters, coffee and view of the people, park and trees.
I am sad I missed this place on my previous visits, it's tooo good.. I loved the fact that fried banana and sweet wasn't oily and perfect. I can still remember taste after many hours..
Standard has dropped A LOT. Ordered green bean and turned out that they put only some green beans on the outside. Inside was some other bean. Not nice at all. Felt like a con job. I won't go back there again. Also the green tapioca was bad. The place is now running on the fumes of their past reputation. Stay away.
Okie Not Bad. But the seniors selling there is huh a bit fierce looking. Hahahahaha. But they will not fried you. Try it.
Best fried banana I have so far. Which I am willing to travel from cck to changi by public transport just to have 2 fried banana.. That's how good the are
This is best banana fritters l hv eaten. Is crispy even when is cold, thumbs up! Can miss anythg in this hawker center but cannot miss thks stall, won't regret eating. Overall rating 95/100
Good for goreng pisang raja. The soft and sweet type. Used to have to go to serangoon gardens to get it. Bought 2 goreng pisang and 1 tapioca. Each only 1. Tourists may consider this 'banana tempura'.
