I've been with this credit union since 2008 and still till this day, close to 15 years. Had my first loan for a car from Mills42 and it was the best interest rate that I got, especially for a person with a new credit. Which was a fair credit that I had at the time.I Love the service they provide to their members and excellent rates that they have. They are truly about the people and helping their members. I worked with Mills42 Credit Union to get the funding for the MassSave Heat Loan for my new furnace. It was truly an amazing and very satisfying experience. Kristal Padilla was my banking expert, and she really assisted me in being successful with the loan. My credit was in bad shape from a divorce, although I had recovered financially in the past two years. Kristal told me everything I needed to gather in order to meet the loan requirements. She was patient with me and never gave up. She always returned phone calls and emails right away. And she was very encouraging - and that really helped. So thank you Kristal! I am so happy to say that after having trouble with my replacement card for months now. While others have tried to help over these months , no one has been able to solve the problems. Finally, after months, as mentioned, Michele came to my rescue and all is fine now. I so appreciated her expert help!!!! I am 'Good to Go' finally. I hope that she receives recognition for her wonderful client and tech services!! At least a raise would be great.
