Very disappointed with the (terrible) service. This taxi company used to offer an exemplary service many years ago. It's now not worth using except for very short distances where time is not of the essence. After taking me the longest possible route, I was short-changed. I wasn't aware that it was company policy to round the fare up to the nearest pound. When I queried it with the driver. He threw the remainder of the change into my hand without saying a word. It's not the first time it's happened. Why have things deteriorated to such an extent? People deserve an honest service... People deserve the good service the company used to be known for several years ago.
Edward arrived on time, helped us with our luggage and drove us quickly to the airport. The lady at the booking office was also very polite. Definitely recommend this company!!!
Absolutely gone downhill over the years. Had to knock the window to wake him up at 5 pm. Had no clue where I asked him to go as not from this country. Done with this company and ignorant driver I have had a few drivers from other countries who have been ever so nice and polite but done with this company now.
