Best place to regain your energy. Super clean environment. Professional staff. Excellent and kind teachers. My right knee was damaged in a car accident. I have been walking with a limp ever since. The pain is gone and I can walk straight!!! Thank you Bikram Yoga Milpitas. I appreciate your acceptance as I have been to many different Bikram schools.

I admit It was hard to locate the place since it is on the second floor and stairs are on both sides. But I called and had excellent service. Once inside, I fell in love: Excellent reception, beautiful clean lobby, nice people, a feeling of authenticity and love. The showers are spotless. Its close to a year old so everything is new and they clean daily before and after every class. Bikram Yoga Milpitas is part of my daily routine now and life is so much better! Couldn't live without it
Bikram Milpitas is an amazing place to practice Bikram yoga whether you're a newbie or seasoned yogi. Cynthia is great at pushing you while educating you on all the benefits of practice. No lie it will kick your butt but you will feel reborn again once you're done.
I started practicing exactly one month ago. I have seen changes in my body and most of all my life. 39 for unlimited intro month is the best deal on earth. After experiencing class with solid Bikram Yoga teachers, I'll never turn back. I just signed upufir the monthly autopay of 99. The faciloty is clean, the teachers are great, the yoga room is HOT! I was concerned about this at first. But now I can't go any colder. There is a reason for everything and the way the school is set up is a traditional therapeutic Hatha Yoga School. There are a few instructors that my husband and I avoid. There is one male teacher that picks on students too much. I believe his name is Lee but he only sublists occasionally after too many complaints. I really appreciate how responsive the management is to any disruptions to peace at the yoga school. The rest of the teachers are stern but kind. I love the school for the teachers and staff! Thank you Bikram Yoga Milpitas for giving me my life back!
I recently started practicing, and love the class. Cynthia was great. She seems well versed and very proficient. A hot and intense class.
