Very bad customer service. The staff is not experienced in ear piercing nor with talking to customers. I had my daughter ear piercing done here, after going home I realized that the piercing was not identical on both ears, when I went there to get their opinion to fix it, the staff was not even talking properly. They ar not trained to handle such situations or even guide customers. She just said, it's not their fault, and you guys need pay again to do another piercing. I am completely fine with piercing again and paying, but at least explain things properly!

i went there to pierce my ears two times. the ear hole closed anyways. service isn’t the best either. i mean... at least they can pierce your ears.
