One of the busiest store in Great mall With some great collection as well. You just can’t beat the prices. Customer service is up-to the mark. Staff will come and ask you if you need any kind of help with the pricing or any product information. Every week you get to see new inventory. At times they have 70% off plus further 20% discount on some of their tote bags, slings, wallets and laptop bags. Recently they have put Disney collection ( Flying Jumbo Wallets), bit pricey though.

I was pleasantly surprised. The store is immaculate! The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. What I liked most is due to the pandemic, there was no overcrowding, other shoppers seemed to be mindful of social distancing which is great. The prices are really good. I would definitely shop there again.

I bought a bag on Thanksgiving last year. The zipper broke. Half a year later, I went to the store to repair it. They had to ask for a receipt. If there was no receipt, they wouldn't repair it. I said: I said I couldn't pay cash myself, so their after-sales service is really bad.

Folds of wallet peel badly after 2 weeks use. Too bad, as design of wallet is good (thin & has 14 c.c. slots)
