I bought a light fixture from Bouclair that caused quite the headache. I had issues from broken glass, poor design, fixture being too small so it was impossible to find light bulbs that fit, etc. I called the store to see if they had any extra parts I could replace on my light fixture and Jessica came to the rescue! She was quick to pick up the phone, provide a solution to my problem, she called me back promptly - she did this for me about three times over the course of two days. She made this troublesome light fixture worth it. I really appreciate Jessica for going above and beyond for me. She handled my issue with a positive attitude and great customer service.

Store is really good! Staff is really nice... nice and trendy home decor variety is available.. well prices may be high for some but overall the store prices are reasonable.. would love to see more variety in black cushions. The heart shaped white boxes are so beautiful...

I tried to shop local, to buy a bean bag chair for a Christmas present for my daughter, but they wouldn't sell me one of their multiple display items, but said I could order it for arrival after Christmas. Thanks. I went to Wayfair.ca ... I was able to find the perfect item at a 60% of the cost at Bouclair, including delivery, and will it be available before the Holiday. I was willing to pay the premium to shop local, but this store was unable to accommodate.

I typically like shopping here however I have recently had a terrible customer service experience, that still is not resolved. I ordered online and one item has not been delivered from my purchase. I’ve waited on the 1-800 number earlier this week for an hour and a half and no one answered! So I called the Milton store- yet again no one answered. I then sent an email to customer service and still have not received a response. Maybe with this review it will prompt someone to offer to mitigate the situation/help and give me my money back... but until then I just keep waiting.

Just got back from visiting the store. They've always got beautiful stuff and I love their displays - they are always well-stocked. Had been eyeing their Opal coloured collection for weeks, hoping it would go on sale , but couldn't wait any longer. Finally got a few pieces. Staff was very helpful in checking about the curtains I wanted - even made sure to call the other location to reserve it for me.

Made in China products sold at a very high price with incredible poor quality however that is hardly the main problem. THE WORST IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please save yourself time, headaches, frustration and buy somewhere else where you can be respected and valued as a customer. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First and last for me.

Really bad customer service. We walked in 5 minutes to close, not knowing they closed at 6pm and we were advised the moment we walked in, in which we responded, no problem, we will be in and out. They then followed us and stood by us watching us, repeating they were closing, while my family grabbed a laundry hamper. I have never experienced anything like this. We did not leave after 6pm. We were not still shopping after close. When we left my kids asked if we were being followed because the store was closing or because of the colour of our skin. Sad! Every time we come to the Milton location the staff are abrupt and usually more concerned with having a conversation amongst themselves, than helping or greeting customers. Needless to say, but this behaviour was unacceptable and could not be left unsaid to management and potential customers. Hopefully management addresses the above staff. Cameras will prevail.
