The staff here are always friendly, polite and helpful. I use this location frequently for my business needs with outbound package drop-offs and occasionally for inbound package pick-ups. I'm always greeted with a smile and always receive courteous service! For the other reviewers who complain about line-ups... get over it! It's a post office -- many people will be using this location, so it's completely normal to expect a bit of a line-up until you are served. Just look forward to the great service you'll receive when it is your turn!

In line now for the post office. About 10 people here and one lady at the desk. Been in line for almost 5 minutes and not moved at all. Another staff member just came and left so we are all stuck waiting here for an eternity. It’s like I just angrily said to the employees working here, “pathetic.”

sometimes it's busier than usual and the line is longer (understandably so) but they are usually always quick and efficient! friendly staff too, no complaints here.

Awful service at the post office. Brought in a letter of authorization to pick up a package for a friend and they did not accept. The letter was signed by my friend authorizing me to pick up the package. I followed the exact procedure shown on the Canada post website and they denied me. My friend is also very upset because he was expecting the package today. Won’t be delivering anything else here anymore.

Opposite to the other review, I'm here at 12.30pm on Monday, no line up, got served right away.
