Exceptional Customer service. Sofia went above and beyond to ensure the high quality service - highly knowledgeable. The sales and after sales service were equally excellent - we bought a great patio set at a fair price. The store was very tidy and had vast variety of products arranged very well. We are highly satisfied with the patio set that we bought from Dot Furniture Milton and the exceptional service we received Sofia !!! We would certainly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great patio furniture.

I just want to highlight the amazing customer service I received at Dot in Milton with Sophia. I was in the store a couple times looking for a modular sectional for my very small 6X12 balcony patio space. Sophia was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and a pleasure to chat with. She helped me move furniture pieces in store so I could visualize. She is definitely an asset to Dot Milton and deserve major kudos.
Sofia at DOT Milton is amazing and super helpful! Buying all new patio furniture can be overwhelming, but Sofia makes the process so easy and even enjoyable! The furniture is very good quality and made of rust-proof aluminum! Her co-worker Jayne is very helpful as well! I definitely recommend DOT Furniture if you're looking for outdoor (or indoor) furniture!
I just purchased an new outdoor conversational set for the Dot store in Milton. Sofia was very knowledgeable and helped guide me in my selection. She knew exactly all the products they carry, the features and benefits of each product we looked at. I haven’t received my set yet but already looking forward to using and adding to my set. Great work! REVISED- left several messages by voicemail and email and has not responded.
Excellent Customer Service! We were shopping on Sunday, July 12 and was served by Sofia Ferreira. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, she was polite, accommodating and had great suggestions. I witnessed her manage multiple clients in the store at once, all while providing fabulous customer service. I’d say with a smile, but she was wearing a mask. What I can say is her wonderful demeanor, pleasant tone and attitude shone through.
