Terrible experience. AVOID! I booked this 'makeup artist' for two special occasions based on a recommendation from a local hair salon. My makeup was applied in the salon and was rushed (20mins start to finsh because Dizney needed to get to work!) it looked awful, when I tried to resolve this with Dizney I was ignored. Eyes left unblended, lipstick lop-sided, concealer cracking, eyelashes misplaced and falling off! Not a professional job at all, completely ruined my special day, I had to remove & apply my own makeup when I returned home. Needless to say that I was not offered any kind of resolution or refund - my deposit for the subsequent future booking was also never returned! I had booked months in advance so surprised that Dizney had failed to allocate sufficient time to complete my service, no consultation, just launched straight in and 'slapped' it on. I was fuming about my experience and when I tried to raise my concerns with Dizney I was told that I had a 'WhatsApp message contract' with her - absolutely ridiculous. In my experience, clearly an amateur who is over selling her services. TOTAL RIP-OFF & UNPROFESSIONAL!!
