I enjoyed setting this service up within the hospital and developing an improved resuscitation service. ECG then enabled me to further improve resuscitation standards across Primary as well as Secondary Care. My vision was to create mandatory training which was both enjoyable and beneficial to the course attendees year after year, so it didn’t feel such a chore to attend!
