Absolutely cannot fault our experience here. We spontaneously decided to buy a hot tub during the lockdown, so we did not have much opportunity to search around. Wayne welcomed us, made us feel very safe (masks etc.), and explained everything in detail. We had not planned to buy straight away, but ended up making the decision within a few days. Have had it for 6 weeks now and absolutely love it. Installation was perfect as well, professional and friendly team. Chemicals was not easy to get our heads around initially, but Wayne is always just an email away with good advice. If you are going to spend this much money on a hot tub, I recommend doing it with these guys!

The main deciding factors were the support and service provided by Wayne and of course the fresh water salt system. The pre and post sales support I’ve received by Wayne and the team has been second to none. Wayne has gone above and beyond to assist me with any questions or problems I may have had. Wayne at Hotsprings in Milton Keynes is a very good salesman , talked us through the operation of the vanguard hot tub , demonstrated the controls with the FWSS and the Bluetooth music system . Purchased the hot tub , delivery arranged for a Monday , installation was quick efficient. Love the hot tub , few teething problems with getting the water correct Curtis came and sorted it out all good know , would recommend they to anyone , great service
