Great customer service, extremely helpful. I called around to get people come to fix my car key problem as I couldn't open the door and I was told will be charged at least 70 for people to come out.I tried Keynes car keys to see if I can find a cheaper deal. Surprisingly he searched for my car and the key then he spent his value 25 minutes on the phone to guide me so I can fix the problem myself without paying any money. My English wasn't good and a lot of technical words I dont understand. He was very patient explaining to me slowly so I can fix it all by myself and saving me 70 at least. I was very grateful and very touched by his kindness. I never received such kind of help like this before. I am speechless. Thank you so much. Such a big heart you are.
