Our microwave died on Tuesday 22nd December. Dropped it off in the morning expecting it to be the new year before we had a call let alone it repaired.... Call at 11am on the 24th December (Christmas Eve!) to say it could be repaired and returned to us by 1pm that day! What an amazing service! Merry Christmas!!!

Very good shop with proper old school customer service values. We bought a dishwasher from them a few years ago which they have since been out and repaired. The shop staff are always polite and helpful and David the service engineer really knows his stuff and always remedies any issues thoroughly. If you value local businesses you can actually talk to and that will offer great service then look no further. 5*
