Kelly is easily the best Pharmacist I've experienced. She is courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to help. She remembers my medical history as well as my children. She really does provide a personal touch and truly does care about her customers. Her support staff are always pleasant and great to deal with as well. If you're looking for a professional and personalized pharmacist, I recommend Kelly and her staff at Rexall Milton. Two big thumbs up!

They do not help you get the item from the shelf. As a customer it took me so long to find it because thousands of items there. And this is the second time i left the store cuz i could not find it. Not coming back to this lazy employees.

Big pharmacy, open until midnight. Great costumer services . Many products for beauty . The store provide public washroom . You can find milk, break and egg at the store. Big parking lot. The flu shot is available now only with appointment.

Rexall itself is pretty standard but the pharmacy is an absolute joke. They’ve lost my prescription and insurance information multiple times. I’ll call ahead of time to get my prescriptions ready but when I arrive they’ll tell me I have no refills. ALWAYS rude over the phone. My last visit they only gave me a months worth of prescriptions when I normally get three, they had told me that the one month was all I had. My doctor wrote a new prescription for the missing months and now the staff refuse to give me my prescription because it’s “too soon” in between my visits. I’ll be going to shoppers from now on EDIT: I have since requested my information to be sent to shoppers only for me to find out that Rexall sent the WRONG insurance information. Come on.

I used to love this pharmacy, now its hit or miss based on whos working. Store is always very clean and tidy though. Post office employee comes off as a bit rude at first, but she's actually a sweetheart ( I'm sure because she's dealt with some horrible people)
