Went into this store twice and experienced very poor customer service. Both times they couldn’t find our information in their system. Didn’t particularly care to help. The last time we went in was to fix a phone. They suggested we go to Milton Wireless instead. Not because they couldn’t fix it but bc it was too difficult to pull out info in their system. Someone at head office should do a mystery shopper drop in to see if this is how they Rogers stores should operate.... Went to UbreakIfix and had such a better experience.

Worst branch i have ever been in! Its been 45 mins now and i havent been able to pay my bill. I am never coming here again, this is a picture of how long the queue was. Ppl just slacking...

Bryson Bell

This place has extreme Covid policies and resulted in me leaving. I showed in mask at 5:50pm. Their sign said they close at 7pm. They spoke to me through an intercom (weird) and explained max 3 patrons in the store at a time. The door was locked. The man explained through intercom they allot so much time per guest and they likely couldn't see me. I didn't understand if it was the Covid procedure or this guy wanted to close early. I told them this is making the Bell quote look better. I went back to my car in discust. Since my wife went to a Bell store and had no issues like this, she got served quick I felt this store was run by extremists. As I was about to leave a man appeared at the front and said I'd have to wait but lineup and once someone leaves they will help me. I went back. Waited, waited.. 15 mins go by. I see in the store 3 employees helping one guest. The other two guests agitated and shaking their heads. I left. I'm not against Covid procedures, I'm against poorly run business. I informed a Roger's sales rep of my experience. I have no idea if they cared.

Horrible store and staff has no knowledge. Called them to inquire about products and was told they have nothing in stock. She was in a rush to get me off the phone and I couldn’t even ask any questions. it’s a store front with no stock. They only deal with wireless devices yet on their google app location it says they have everything. What a joke.
