It's definitely a smaller location - so a limited selection shouldn't be a surprise - but I've found the majority of staff to be quite helpful (particularly the girls in the paint department).

If Jeff at the desk wasn't here I wont go to this store at all. The lumber yard is nice but the store is to small to carry any decent product inside.
The store is very small so don't expect to find all the major items at this location but for all your quick home hardware needs you can definitely find them here. The customer service is very helpful at this location.
Maybe there are 2 Jeff's at this location, because the one I encountered was terribly condescending and was nasty to one of his employees because he had no idea what I was looking for. Apparently I was also the first in Rona Milton history to ask for a particular type of screw. I guess the fastener company just sent their product to Home Depot, Home Hardware and Lowes........
Place is the worst!! Inside had about 8 people working and one kid out in the yard with no help. Waited 45 mins for a bag of concrete What a joke
