We had a wonderful night out with friends at Splice! The food was really delicious - highly recommend the schnitzel. The hosts were very friendly, thoughtful and hospitable. We also appreciated the cozy ambiance and warm atmosphere. Would definitely come again.

We love this restaurant conveniently located downtown Milton. The owner James provides a comfortable dining experience every time. The food (especially) the pizza is delicious and my all time favorite. We have been enjoying this restaurant since it opened and would highly recommend it. Thank-you James for the great food and service. You never disappoint us.
Was visiting for a weekend away and the menu online looked good. First off, on a Saturday night there were only 2 servers and 1 cook for 7 tables. Strange to be that understaffed. Second, "homemade pizza" looked like a premade shell. My friend said it tasted like frozen pizza. Grilled calamari was excellent. The portions were fairly small on salads, apps and desserts for the price. Servers knew nothing about wine when i was asking about characteristics of different ones to pair with my meal. Good food, wouldn't go back.
I took my parents to Splice last Saturday evening and our experience was phenomenal. We all had their lamb shank that was on special and it is safe to say that we absolutely loved it! It was perfectly braised, tender and tasty. And the service was absolutely excellent. We are definitely going to come back again. Well done!
It was a very quiet Tuesday night and I was only looking for a light dinner. This is the perfect place for such a meal and if the grilled calamari was any indication of what this place can offer, further meals have to be investigated. Local brews on tap and attentive staff. Love the classic jazz background vibe.
First impressions walking in made us question what kind of place we were walking into. Front entrance needs some work to make it look more upscale like the inside. But once we were in, the atmosphere was nice and the food tasted great. I had the beef tenderloin and my wife had chicken supreme which were both excellent. Also their creme brulee was a very good choice for dessert. And the service for us was great. We were there at 5:00 and almost had the place to ourselves. So if you can get past a few aesthetics in the entrance and down by the bathrooms, it is a great experience!
I did my babies Christening at this restaurant. First and foremost James the owner is an amazing person to deal with, he was super accommodating and trusted us wholeheartedly. It is a rare time to meet someone as nice and as open without any complaints as James and his staff. The food was DELSCIOUS and the pricing was GREAT. I will most definitely come back to do another event here or just pop in for dinner! Thank you James and the staff for making my event an absolute PLEASURE!
One of my favorite restaurants in Milton. The food is delicious and the ambiance is cozy and relaxing. Service is great including the prices. Everyone in Milton should try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
