I love turtle jack’s stake. This was the first time I order from this location because I was in the area. I initially called to dine-in but they were fully booked for the day. This time I ordered the top sirloin steak with veggies and mashed potatoes for takeout. I asked them to cut the steak because I was eating it outside. I was told that they don’t normally do that, but after insisting they made sure they cut it. It was very hot, yummy and cooked to my liking (well done but not burned).

We decided to check out turtle jacks because we were in the area. I was not a fan of the menu the last time I visited one of the chains but this time I was pleasantly surprised. The waitress suggested the bacon and cheddar burger which I got with a Caesar salad and it was very delicious but I didn’t get a chance to get dessert this time around. Would definitely return to try something else

This is a great restaurant. Atmosphere was comfortable, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Food was fantastic! We really enjoyed everything we had and the server was very accommodating. After two great experiences in a row, I joined the loyal club and look forward to many more great meals.

Been to this location multiple times - lunches, dinners, casual dates, special occasions etc- and it has never disappointed. Hostesses and servers have always been attentive to our needs without being overbearing. The food is always delicious and the drinks are always done right. highly recommend this place

I stopped in to Turtle Jack's with my cousins after a round of golf. It was a bit late for lunch but way too early for dinner so it wasn't busy at all. We chose to sit inside since it was a very hot day, with very little breeze. The dining room was empty. Air conditioning! Ahhh... Similar to other restaurants I've been to recently, their menu is available online by scanning a QR code at the table and reading it on your phone. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered a Soup and Salad combo, with a French Onion Soup and Caesar Salad. My cousins had Fish & Chips, Blackened Chicken Wrap, and a Bacon and Cheddar Burger. It took a little while for the food to arrive but it looked good, especially the burger. It was piled high and looked yummy! The chicken wrap looked good and so did the fish and chips. My dish was a bit of a mixed bag. The salad was good, as expected. The soup, however, tasted a bit artificial. Was it made from soup mix? Hmmm, not sure. It was also served with toast, a bit odd, especially since there were croutons in the salad and bread in the soup. There were a couple of other minor miscues. Our Coke was really diluted, suggesting their mix had run out. Although you could tell just by looking at it, it was still served. Our meals were served without cutlery so we had to wait a few minutes. While the overall visit wasn't terrible, it could/should have been better.
