Love everything about this location! The staff are ALWAYS super friendly, inviting and helpful! I have been going here for years and they always have exactly what I need with lots of variety both in store and online. Their online service is also as amazing as in store. The option for same day delivery is amazing! Since moving out of Milton, I now drive in from out of town to get all of my vape products from them as no other shop has given me the same positive experience as this place has! Truly deserving of a 5 star rating!

I bought a disposable Vape and have bought several in the past but the one I bought today was Horrific it smells and tastes burnt there was definitely something wrong with it. I called them within an hour of buying it and they said sorry NO EXCHANGES FINAL SALE which I understand for a product that isn't defective but this one was clearly defective!!! Big bear convenience always exchanges if a disposable doesn't work as long as its the same day as well as Dragon Vape. If your selling defective products you should at least exchange it for a new one. I will NEVER shop there again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
So I had money saved on my points with vapemeet and they now got rid of all the points.. I can't spend the money I had saved up ... The best part is I call head office and spoke to Joey (owner) .. he is the biggest joke I've ever spoken to .. he swears to his customers and tells me there is nothing he can do .. I ask him why he is swearing and he tells me \this is how I talk\ lol I told him this is very unprofessional and he told me go somewhere else then LOOL ... Wow well they officially lost my business .. all thanks to a kid by the name of Joey !
