I always go to this store because it's closer, I've been there when garbage is overflowing outside at the garbage can. I'm like don't you change the bag regularly. Today I called and they charged me for a movie that they say I took 3 days late, but the funny thing is we took it the day it was due and we haven't been to blockbuster since sun. Yet they stopped charging me yesterday. When we haven't been back to blockbuster since Sunday so I supposedly returned this movie yesterday, when I didn't even go during the week. This is not the first time I am charged for something. In the summer I cancelled a movie pass and was told ok I cancelled it. The clerk was obviously paying attention to something else. Well surprise surprise when I check my account I get charged the next month and had to go in to get it corrected. If you use their services I advise you to check your account regularly.
