A lot of interesting books. Lovely handwritten descriptions for some of them. Some toys and souvenirs. Good postcards with old Milwaukee views. Very friendly staff. The only problem was that it was too hot inside the shop and not enough oxygen. So I had to leave it sooner than I wanted.
We have uses both curbside and inside pickup during the pandemic and we're satisfied as usual! Great covid precautions.
Easily Milwaukee's best small business bookstore. A fantastic selection and professional staff. Plus, it's a great place just to spend a few hours relaxing.
Boswell Book Company was a very nice book store. We drove over 3 hours tonight just so we could see Veronica Roth and purchase her new book. If they have her back again, we will definitely be there! I hope to return someday when I finish my own books. This book store is definitely worth checking out! Lots of options and everything is in great condition. If we lived in Milwaukee, this would be our usual stop. The staff was very nice and fun to spend time around. The owner was also really great. Check it out if you get a chance.
