Chaffee limo service was great to work with and responsive to our needs to help make our day special. They let us drop off drinks the day before to have them cold and on ice during our ride. Our driver, Jim, was extremely nice and accommodating to last minute changes. It was a blast and relief knowing we had a friendly driver and reliable transportation for pictures! I would recommend Chaffee limos and Jim to any couple looking for someone great to help with transportation needs on their special day!

I would rate my experience with Chaffee as 10/10. They exceeded expectations and I would recommend them to others. When I first requested a quote, it was responded to within the hour, and they provided a few different options for my needs and included their \all in\ pricing options which were greatly appreciated! We decided on their Limo Bus - which is a small bus and is limo style inside - we had 14 people in there and it was perfect for our group. Jim was our driver and he was on time and showed us where everything was before we went on our way to the location for pictures. The limo bus is very modern on the inside and the sound system was perfect. They provide the aux cord so we could play music from our phone. Jim allowed us to crank it up and celebrate! Cups and ice were also provided. Jim was an excellent driver and helped make sure everyone got on and off the bus safely and to our reception venue on time. I thank them for making sure their role in our day was played perfectly.

Great service with on time arrival, willingness to make multiple stops as requested, and friendly service in a clean limo stocked with ice, waters and glassware. We will definitely use this service again.
Me and my family have used Chaffee for years. They are always on time and their drivers are professional and always handle the luggage. Highly recommend.
