These reviews are pretty ridiculous. We had a Groupon for Crisp and gave it a try- best pizza in town... hands down. It's tasty, it's creative, and its amazing. Stop dragging its rating through the mud because of the service- they let go a bunch of staff members because of it and are starting fresh- give them a chance- the food is AMAZING! Look- if you go in expecting bad service- you will sit there an nitpick. Which is what the booth behind us did- even called the manager over when they had to wait a minute for a coke. Then they started going off about how they had heard the service was horrible etc... the manager tried explaining they had hired pretty much an entirely new staff because of the issues they'd had in the past. Dude just had an axe to grind- move on people. Bad reviews or not- you'll see that everyone agrees the food is phenomenal. Because it is. Our service was great when we went. Give it a try!

One of my coworker needed to use her Groupon, so she invited me along with some other coworkers. When we got there, we were seated right away. Our drinks came right away. The person taking our order was friendly, sincere, and helpful. We even her let pick one of her favorite pizza for us to try! This place have AWESOME pizzas!! Service was fantastic! If you need a place to hang with a group or some friends, I would recommend Crisp!
The restaurant (& bar) was not crowded at all - maybe three or four other tables. My friend and I ordered drinks, then a few minutes later an appetizer, a personal pizza, and a slice. Drinks arrived about 10 mins later, then the personal pizza about an hour later. We cancelled the appetizer. The slice and appetizer and slice came about 15 mins later. SLOW SERVICE - nice staff, but clearly not moving very quickly. Check your bill! They charged us for drinks we didn't order. Personal pizza was good, slice tasted something like pizza from a high school cafeteria. Crisp is a good hang out for drinks...skip the pizza and grab a Digorno!
Pizza was delicious especially after taking advatage of their good drink specials
