I am a student, and I came on here to look for a bus driver Charlette. Charlette is one of the best, funniest, and downright amazing person I have ever met. I wanted to contact her, because she isn't acting right, and I just wanted to check in. But then I saw the reviews, and my heart dropped. I feel like I want to give this company a little more appreciation. It's very hard to do a bus company well, and I feel like these people that drove the bus, and drove some extra. There are so many negative, disheartening, and maybe even racist reviews, mostly from angry parents. But I believe that this company deserves 5 stars, all the way. 7 if I could. Charlette, if you do read this, I want to talk to you about what's been going on with you. You deserve more attention.

This bus company do not care for kids going to school, the bus driver comes whenever they want to come then when a substitute might come on the right time but you thinking the regular bus driver is coming and you got to guess what time they're going to pick your child up then when you call to the companythe lady that answers the phone or supervisor catch attitudes and won't send another bus driver to pick the kid up to take them to schoolthey not understanding that some households that's the only transportation they have for their child to get to school but yet they not trying to work with and my daughter is only in school for 3 or 4 hours ain't no way she should be missing school because of this bus

The bus driver 1718 said they stopped to pick up children. But the day care van was here at 7:04 dropping off children. No one pulled up so i called the bus company and he said she said no one cane out. I want to let DBI know that it is a Ring camera recording on this corner and it did not record bus 1718 pulling up thank you. The guy was rude and even hung up trying to defend bus driver this company gets a -1

Some of they drivers just as childish as the kids they are driving. You call with a complaint and nothing gets done at all. Don't have to worry about the children bullying your children because the driver is already bullying all the children. Worse bus company ever and if they won't protect the children they are driving on their busses then why are they driving?
