Employee reserved a truck for us. We drove the 20 min as promised. The store closed early. We got here at 1138am. The store closes at noon. Why would the employee close early?. I called the emergency hotline and reported this incident.

Very good, VERY consistent heavy duty truck repair.
You won't find a better place or staff to rent trucks and vans from. Extremely nice friendly people who are more concerned about making sure you have a great rental experience instead of just taking your money. I've never had a vehicle break down on me and they are always nice and clean inside and out. Elco also has everything you need for moving like ramps, dollies, pads and tie-downs. Highly recommend you call Elco after you get your quotes from the other guys and I'm sure Elco will meet or beat the lowest quote you get.
This is a good shop to get repairs, buy a used vehicle or rent any size truck. Helpful, likeable staff that answered all of my questions
