Exceptional service, intelligent, forward-thinking, stellar professionalism, genuinely caring/compassionate, sensitive to client wishes and needs; the list goes on! I can't say enough good about this law firm and if I could add more stars to this 5-star rating, I would! I highly recommend Hansen & Hildebrand, specifically Sue Hansen as a mediator. From the initial meeting explaining the mediation process to the final email confirming the decree was signed, Sue and the staff were thoughtful, patient, thorough, and impartial. We had the ability to make decisions regarding the focus of our agreement and how we wanted to prioritize what was important to us. Sue also referred us to a colleague to support crafting our family plan. The process was seamless and did not feel impersonal even though it was all conducted via Zoom. The pricing was upfront, the electronic tools were easy to use, documentation was always available to us throughout the process, and the entire staff was responsive to our questions. Overall, what could have been a very distressing experience was collaborative and amicable in large part due to Sue's calming demeanor and guidance.
