Worst customer service. Can never get a clear answer on questions. Running in circles to try and figure something out. Awful communication to their customers when things don’t get approved. Maybe try explaining why and what you need instead of just denying receipts. Terrible terrible terrible. Most frustrating thing I’ve ever dealt with.

No matter how many times you call them their customer service only repeats what's already mentioned online and never solve the issue. I tried to reach their supervisor but could not despite holding for 45 minutes, I disconnected in frustration.
Terrible security regarding MFA. They promise to text a code and then never do. It’s the most important thing to get right and they fail. Awful customer experience.
If you’re looking to use your hard earned money on FSA or HSA eligible expenses, DO NOT go with WageWorks!
They flag everything so save your receipts. Customer service is outsourced very annoying. Irritating to not be able to talk to anyone in the US. Their website is easy to use I will say that. You can repay online and or easily attach receipts for verification.
Horrible experience, representative provided me with inaccurate information, now I'm responsible for it, and they plan to review the call. Not follow through on what I was advised
I don't normally write online reviews but after another stupid experience with customer service, it prompted me to write this. I was laid off in April and my COBRA benefits started on May 1st. When I called in April to get a new HSA card, the rep made no mention that I couldn't use the card once my COBRA benefits kicked in. I found that out when I had to call back today to find out why the card wasn't working when my son tried using it. Had I known that in April I wouldn't have bothered getting another card and it was a waste of time even sending it! The rep (Ernesta) then told me the account had been closed because I was on COBRA and offered to connect me to someone there. When I inquired about the balance I have, she again said I would need to talk to someone there. After holding, we got on the line with Ms. Nancy who confirmed my benefits which included still having access to my HSA funds and said I would have to submit paper claims. She then confirmed this with Ernesta from WageWorks who was still on the line. Seriously! It didn't dawn on her to just tell me that instead of transferring me to COBRA!! They definitely fail at giving out critical info which then creates frustration on the part of the customer. My experience doesn't even rate one star but I had to click at least one to post this review. I so hope I don't have to call them again.
