customer service is a waste of time. purchased two 5 pound bags of seed potatoes, 1 bag was great and looked ready to go, 2nd bag only 20% had eyes. 2 weeks later no eyes forming. customer service told me to plant them and if they don't grow they will refund.............after having wasted an entire growing season. I do not recommend purchasing this brand
