I was not impressed with this company as they delivered a mattress to our home. They were going to leave the mattress in the living room and not set the bed up. They told us that they don't get paid for that. They than said if we tipped them that they would be able to set the bed up. After signing the paperwork that they gave me at the end it clearly stated that delivery and set up were included!!! I would not reccommend this company to anyone!!!
I bought a TV through Amazon and it was delivered by J & K Trucking. Delivery went smoothly and they left, but I noticed the TV had dead pixels on it. Not a big deal since it happens, so I set up a replacement through Amazon. J & K Trucking called me the next week and said they had the new TV and would deliver it the next day. That day when I was expecting J & K to deliver it, I get a call in the morning from Custom Express (another trucking company) saying they had the TV and would deliver it tomorrow. I called J & K asking what happened, and they at first just said they had no record of my TV being there. I prodded further and finally they figured out someone delivered it to Custom Express so they could deliver it. As soon as this was said, the man says "Ok bye" and hangs up. I have no idea why it was brought to Custom Express. Yes I'm sure I sounded frustrated on the phone, but the lack of coordination (not telling me another company was handling the delivery) and lack of respect with the customer (abruptly ending the call so he didn't have to continue dealing with me) makes me wonder how they stay in business.
This company called day of delivery and said the time frame they gave me didn't work for them, and I had 20 minutes to call back so they could come 2 hours earlier than originally agreed upon. I didn't get the message. They then tried to charge the company I ordered the furniture from for a redelivery fee and claimed I wasn't home to receive delivery. When it was finally rescheduled they gave me a time of delivery between 8 am - 4 pm. I said that was a ridiculous time frame, so they said: How about 10-2? I guess we aren't allowed to have jobs so that we can make their job more convenient.
Delivered here. Super nice people, no loading dock, no overnight parking, unloading done off the street
