Stopped in for the first time when I saw a sign advertising sale on clearance items. Angela was helpful and very nice. I ended up buying 3 barstools from the clearance section and they were willing to hold them for free for up to one month they also offer delivery for 49.00

From the moment we stepped in, Anthony was readily available to greet us and help us with any questions. We immediately found a sofa style that we liked, and Anthony provided information and advice as to what would look good together. His customer service was impeccable and we loved working with him. Anthony brought Micheal in to help us size the furniture to our living room with measurements and drawings. Micheal is unbelievably friendly and bent backwards to satisfy our needs. This was the best experience I have ever had buying furniture. Customer service is what sets them apart from any other store. I would highly recommend Ken Michaels if you are looking for high quality furniture and a great customer service experience.
