Yesterday it was time to return a lease we had. My husband told me that now I needed a car, so we started to drive and saw a Lexus branch, and he told me "Let's go in there." I just couldn't believe it. We met Cecilia, immediately she listened to us. She got us the best deal ever (by the way she tried speaking Spanish -she did a great job!) We left we the car of my dream. The purchase of my new vehicle at Lexus of Milwaukee was very slick and great overall experience. The sales guys were also very attentive and quick to figure out what I needed. He understood my needs and he found my perfect vehicle in a day. He was helpful in every aspect and also assisted me with any needs that I had in days after the purchase was made. Also, during the purchase process, my buying decisions were respected and no one was to pushy which made my overall buying experience exceptional! I just purchased a 2017 IS300 F Sport, and every step of the process was amazing! I worked with Maria, and she blew me away. I originally went to look at a different vehicle, but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. She showed me another IS they had on the lot, and it ended up being the one I purchased. She is very knowledgeable, confident, and relaxing to work with. I never felt pressured or anxious about anything. This is an experience I haven’t had at other dealers previously. Frank in financing did an outstanding job explaining the paperwork, and Hunter did a great job going over the details of the car. I live 1.5 hrs away from this dealer, and plan to buy from them from here on. I can’t say thank you enough to Maria, Frank, Hunter and everyone else there! 5 stars truly isn’t enough to rate them.
