I was initially happy with the price and results, but after getting my braces removed I started suffering from TMJ and was told I’d have to spend money to go see somewhere else for it. In addition, the agitation my teeth suffered from my braces retainers—according to my dentist—caused me to suffer major gum recession, which I didn’t have before. This resulted in my bottom teeth shifting right back into place within a year. I also had to get a gum graft, so I was unable to wear my bottom retainer at all. My overbite is quickly returning as well. I’m highly disappointed in my treatment. At this point I just have to go see a REAL orthodontist for follow-up/corrective treatment.

I absolutely love Marquette dental. I am sad I did not find this place sooner. they are so thorough and really take their time explaining to you the story of your mouth. Also, they don’t just care about your teeth- but your jaw health as well. They have jaw doctors on site who work hand in hand with the dentists/students. they take all kinds of insurances, including state! if you don’t want to use your dental insurance, their out of pocket prices are unbeatable. They charge 30 on the dollar when it comes to dental services. they also make splints for TMJ/TMD sufferers for less than half the price of other places (other places charging around 2-3k). Their orthodontic program is 4k- for everything from start to finish. These prices are current as of 2020. if you don’t mind waiting a bit longer and a few more extra lengthy visits, and you’re looking for top notch work/care at almost next to nothing prices, and having a personal relationship with your dentist, this place IS indeed for you. : -) you won’t ever leave here feeling confused or left with questions.

I came here on a referral for some dental work. They did a great job very professional and friendly. The students are getting a great education on dentistry. The whole process while there went smoothly with very little waiting. Excellent and highly recommended.

The dentists at the faculty practice are tops in their field. Over the years I've dealt with several and they all have been excellent! The support staff are tremendously kind and caring. A true hidden gem for anyone needing expert dental care!
