I passed Mattress Firm on the way home and wandered in, half-heartedly thinking I could maybe use a new mattress. But WOW, my opinion was completely changed after meeting the salesperson, Donovan. Upon listening to his knowledge, I was sold! He carefully explained all the differences in pillow top, spring, and memory foam mattresses. He didn't push me towards something I wasn't comfortable with. He was humorous, easy to talk to, and actually listened to what I wanted! I walked out of the store with a brand new mattress to be delivered next week. He also worked delivery around my hectic schedule with no issues. Thank you Donovan. We will be back! The store was very clean and we were greeted immediately. Jack was so easy to work with. He was an expert in answering all of our questions and made the buying process stress free and enjoyable. We will be coming back to the store for future purchases because of our experience!
