Hello...it’s a prison!!! Makes me happy to hear breakers of the law are not enjoying their stay at this facility. If you didn’t enjoy your stay; become a law abiding (thriving) member of society. Be an overcomer. Stop being a victim.

The Strelok

The correctional officers (some, not all) are power hungry and get a kick out of treating inmates horribly. These violators, whom a lot just didn't pass a drug test or got caught using drugs are made out by the state to be evil, harmful people. While there are some bad people in there, there's no excuse to treat them lesser than a human being. I was on the 4th floor for the AODA program, and the 3rd shift sergeant refused to let me get a cup of water when I asked to go to the bathroom (yes you have to ask to use the bathroom, oddly). When you're on the intake floor, you're stuck in your cell for about 20 hours a day. On every 1st and 3rd Wednesday, you are confined to your cell for 24 hours, because it's \training day\. 5 minutes before count time you are not allowed to use the bathroom, nor are you allowed to use the bathroom until count is cleared (which can take up to 20-30 minutes), so if you have any kind of stomach problem or become sick or have a stomach ache, it looks like you're going in the trash can in your cell. This place is ridiculous. All it does is try to humiliate people because inmates are viewed as sub human subjects and shouldn't be looked after. A fellow inmate had work done on his teeth with their on site dentist, and they ended up giving him an infection that almost caused him to go blind if he didn't go to the hospital. These people need to be held accountable just as much as the inmates whom they're trying to hold responsible for their awful \crimes\ they've committed, such as using drugs.
