Rudest staffs ever! We paid money to get in and next thing you know, kids were talking about how there were human FECES in the pool and everyone was kicked out already so no one was allowed to go in. I asked for a refund and all the staff did was interrupt me and kept talking rudely over me. I asked who i can talk to and she gave me no number or name to talk to. No professionalism. No nothing. Then she went on and said, \I know it's not your fault but I'm not about to shorten my drawer just because you want a refund.\ This is plain disgusting and outraging. To still allow the pool to be opened and have people pay even after knowing the pool contained feces is unacceptable. More people came in to swim and she stopped everyone but us. Wow... I have always come to this pool and never will i return. I called the aquatics line and even the milwaukee county parks line and these number do not even work!!
